Please read these Terms of Use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) carefully before using TEN (hereinafter “Application”) operated by Shipjummanjum (“us”, “we”, and “our” depending on what the context permits). Your access to and use of our Application will deem assent to the Terms of Use provided herein. Please note that your access to our product is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use apply in so far as the context permits to all users, including but not limited to visitors, subscribers, and others, who access our Application.
By accessing or using the product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the Terms of Use, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Application.
1. Accounts
1.1 When you create an account on our Application, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information that you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Providing False, Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Application.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your device(s), and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Application or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account at contact@shipjummanjum.com
1.3 We reserve the right to terminate your account anytime at our sole discretion. You can terminate your account using the options given within Ten’s Application.
2. Prohibited uses
2.1 You agree that you will use this Application in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and these Terms of Use at all times.
2.2 The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited uses of this Application. You agree that you will not perform any of the following prohibited uses:
2.2.1 Impersonating or attempting to impersonate TEN or its employees, representatives, subsidiaries or divisions;
2.2.2 Misrepresenting or falsely representing your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
2.2.3 Sending or attempting to send any advertising or promotional material, including but not limited to spam, junk mail, chain mail or any similar material;
2.2.4 Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any person’s use or enjoyment of the Application, or which, as determined by our sole and unilateral judgement, may harm us or the users of this Application or expose us or other users to liability;
2.2.5 Using the Application in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Application or interfere with another party’s use of the Application;
2.2.6 Using any robot, spider or other similar automatic technology, process or means to access or use the Application for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on this Application;
2.2.7 Using any manual process or means to monitor or copy any of the material on this Application or for any other unauthorized purpose;
2.2.8 Using any device, software, means or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Application, including but not limited to viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other such materials;
2.2.9 Attempting to gain unauthorized access to, interfering with, damaging or disrupting any parts of the Application, the server(s) on which the Application is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Application;
2.2.10 Attempting to attack or attacking the Application via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack;
2.2.11 Otherwise attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Application;
2.2.12 Using the Application in any way that violates any applicable federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations.
2.2.13 Impersonating the identity of other individuals or replicating, copying, or using other people’s personal information or any other data
2.2.14 Indulging in any activity, whether expressly or impliedly prohibited, with the intent of harming other users.
2.2.15 Posting prohibited content mentioned in Section 3 of these Terms of Use.
2.3 You agree to maintain and follow all standard and reasonable norms necessary to maintain the safety of the community at TEN’s Application. Failure to adhere to all policies, guidelines, and instructions available on TEN’s website and Application or otherwise to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all while using TEN gives us the right to unilaterally terminate and bar, permanently or temporarily, your access to our Application or initiate legal action against you.
3. Prohibited Content
3.1 To ensure the integrity and safety of our dating app community, users are prohibited from posting any content that is pornographic or transforms the app into a platform primarily focused on adult content. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following:
a) Graphic or explicit sexual imagery, videos, or content.
b) Solicitation or advertisement of sexual services in exchange for any form of compensation.
c) Depictions of nudity or sexual activity that are gratuitous or overtly explicit.
d) Links, references, or promotions of external adult entertainment websites or services.
3.2 Any user found to be in breach of this policy will have the offending content promptly removed and may face further consequences, including account suspension or termination. This policy is enforced at the discretion of our moderation team, with the aim of fostering a respectful and secure environment for all members of our community.
3.3 Please note that our app is subject to the guidelines and policies set forth by the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. As such, content that violates these stores’ policies, including but not limited to adult content restrictions, will not be tolerated on our platform.
3.4 By using our dating app, you agree to abide by these guidelines and contribute to upholding a positive atmosphere. Should you encounter any content that violates this policy, we encourage you to report it promptly to our moderation team. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our platform.
4. No Warranty On Application
4.1 This Application is provided “as is”. no warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability, of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose or use) shall apply to this application, whether arising by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or trade standards, or market standards or otherwise.
5. Availability, errors, and inaccuracies
5.1 We assume no liability for the availability, unavailability, errors, or inaccuracies of the information, products, or services provided on this Application. We may experience delays in updating information on this Application and in our advertising on other websites. The information, products, and services found on the Application may contain errors or inaccuracies or may not be complete or current. Products or services may be incorrectly priced or unavailable. We expressly reserve the right to correct any of the aforementioned errors, inaccuracies, or pricing errors on our Application. The inclusion or offering of any product or service on this Application does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by us.
6. Damages and Limitation of Liability
6.1 In no event shall TEN be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, relating to or in any way connected with your access to, display of or use of this application or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this application, including but not limited to your reliance upon opinions or information appearing on this application; any computer viruses, information, software, linked websites operated by third parties, products or services obtained through this application, whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer protection statutes or otherwise, even if TEN has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6.2 TEN will not be liable for any information made available by one of its users of their profile for other users at all instances. TEN only possesses a base level duty of due diligence. Please follow our Safety Tips to help avoid any scammers and identity thieves.
7. Links to Third Party Websites
7.1 This Application may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. Such hyperlinks are for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites.
7.2 It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you click on or software that you download, whether from this Application or other websites or applications, is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
8. Indemnity
8.1 All the actions you take and information you post on TEN remain your sole responsibility. Therefore, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us, and our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, harmless, from and against any third-party claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) suffered or reasonably incurred by us arising as a result of, or in connection with:
8.1.1 Any negligent acts, omissions or willful misconduct by you;
8.1.2 Any data you interact with, input, submit, or upload to the Application;
8.1.3 Your interaction with any individual, user, or account including yourself;
8.1.4 Your access to and use of the Application;
8.1.5 Any breach of our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Safety Tips by you; and/or
8.1.6 Your violation of any law or of any rights of any third party.
8.2 We retain the exclusive right to settle, compromise and pay any and all claims or causes of action which are brought against us without your prior consent. If we ask, you will co-operate fully and reasonably as required by us in the defense of any relevant claim.
8.3 The foregoing provision does not require you to indemnify TEN for any unconscionable commercial practice or any fraud, deception, false promise, misrepresentation or concealment, suppression or omission of any material fact in connection with the Application.
9. Intellectual property and DMCA notice and procedure for intellectual property infringement claims
9.1 All contents of this Application are the copyright of TEN or third parties. All rights are reserved. Unless specified otherwise, this Application and all content and other materials on this Application including but not limited to all logos, designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files and arrangement thereof (collectively referred to as “Content”) are the proprietary property of TEN and are either registered trademarks, trademarks or otherwise protected intellectual property of TEN or third parties in the United States and/or other countries.

9.3 We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Application infringes on the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
9.4 If you believe in good faith that the Content infringes on your intellectual property rights, you or your agent may send us a written notice of such infringement titled “Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights - DMCA.” Your notice to us must include the following information:
9.4.1 An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right’s interest;
9.4.2 A description of the work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the work exists or a copy of the work;
9.4.3 Your name, email, address, and telephone number; and
9.4.4 A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner of the work, its agent, or the law.
9.4.5 Please note that we will not process your complaint if it is not properly filled out or is incomplete. You may be held accountable for damages, including but not limited to costs and attorneys’ fees for any misrepresentation or bad faith claims regarding the infringement of your intellectual property rights by the Content on this Application.

10. Governing law, Severability, Dispute Resolution and Venue
10.1 These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
10.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Application and supersede and replace any prior agreements between us and you regarding the Application.
10.4 Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use including but not limited to the interpretation or breach thereof shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in United States.
10.5 You agree that we may bring claims against each other only in our personal capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
11. Changes to Terms of Use of Service
11.1 We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you 5 days in advance of making any changes to these Terms of Use of Service by posting the updated Terms of Use to this application.
12. Purchases and Automatically renewing Subscription
12.1 The Application consists of in-app purchases and subscriptions. The subscription fee will be deducted monthly automatically in accordance with the stipulated subscription plan until it is expressly canceled by you.
12.2 TEN reserves the right to unilaterally change its subscription plan with no prior notice.
12.3 Generally, all purchases are nonrefundable. and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds, or critical technological issues are caused by TEN’s mistake.
12.4 In the situation where you are entitled to a refund of a purchase, other than the subscription, and you subscribed using your Apple ID or Google ID, your refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not us. To request a refund, please contact your External Service directly; for example, using your Apple device, go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > [click on your Apple ID] > View Apple ID > Purchase History. Find the transaction and select “Report a Problem.” You can also request a refund at Apple Support. You may follow a similar procedure with Google with necessary changes.
13. Advertisements
13.1 TEN reserves the right to display advertisements and promotions within the Application. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the Application, queries made through the Application, or other information.
13.2 By using the Application, you agree that we may place such advertising and that we will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred by you as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Application or your subsequent dealings with advertisers.
13.3 Advertisements may be delivered including but not limited to by third-party advertising companies or the TEN users. These companies and TEN’s Users may collect and use information about your visits including but not limited to the Application, websites, or pages to provide advertisements about goods and services that are of interest to you. TEN is not liable or responsible for any third-party collection and use of data.
13.4 TEN is not responsible for the content of advertisements, including any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
13.5 Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the Application, including participation in promotions or transactions, are solely between you and the advertiser. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any such dealings.
13.6 TEN reserves the right to remove any advertisement from the Application at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
14. Account Termination
14.1 If you no longer wish to use our Application, or if we terminate your account for any reason, you can delete your account at any time by logging into the Application, and by going to "Settings", clicking "Delete Account" and following the appropriate steps provided from the Application. However, you will need to cancel/manage any External Service Purchases through your External Service Account (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) to avoid additional billing. TEN will not be responsible for any External Service Purchases.
14.2 TEN reserves the right to investigate and, if appropriate, suspend or terminate your account without a refund if TEN believes that you have violated any of the Terms of Use, policies, guidelines, or safety tips available on TEN’s website or Application, misused our Application, or engage in inappropriate or unlawful conduct, on or off our Application. We reserve the right to make use of any personal, technological, legal, or other means available to enforce the Terms of Use, at any time without liability and without the obligation to give you prior notice, including, but not limited to, preventing you from accessing the Services.
14.3 In case of Account Termination, all your data except conversations and messages will be deleted within 24 hours. TEN will retain data related to conversations and messages between Users and TEN as well as between Users for 1year from the date of the deletion of the account. This data will only be used to the effect of resolving any disputes that come up between the parties or between TEN and its Users.
14.4 If your account is terminated by you or by TEN for any reason, these Terms of Use continue and remain enforceable between you and TEN, and you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases made. Your information will be maintained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Safety Tips
Meeting new people can be very exciting. But it is imperative to stay cautious when interacting with someone you do not know. Put your safety first, especially when you are exchanging initial messages or meeting the person for the first time. While you and TEN cannot control the actions of other people, there are things we can do to help you stay safe during your experience with us.
Follow these tips to stay safe:
a. Protect your Personal Information:
At all times, ensure that you do not share your personal information including but not limited to your daily routine, your social security number, home or work address, and details about your family in the initial conversations. Be wary of sharing the aforementioned information unless you are completely sure of the identity of the other person.
b. Never send Money or Share any Financial Information
TEN does not encourage the exchange of financial information with another individual. Sending money or cash is impossible to reverse. TEN will not be responsible for exchanges of this sort.
c. Watch out for Scammers
Watch out for scammers. Make sure to verify the other person’s identity and intent. Be wary of someone who appears or acts suspicious while communicating.
d. Report Suspicious Activity
If you come across any person with suspicious behavior, please report the profile of the individual promptly to TEN via email: contact@shipjummanjum.com. TEN will take necessary steps to cross-check the identity of this person and make sure that the TEN community is safe at all times.

Child Safety Standards Policy
1 Purpose and Scope
This policy establishes TEN’s commitment to platform safety by implementing measures to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). While TEN is an app intended exclusively for adults, we enforce strict content moderation and legal compliance measures to ensure our platform does not facilitate CSAE. This policy applies to all users, content, and services on our platform, in compliance with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards
2 Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following behaviors and contents are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement actions:
2.1 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting, facilitating, or glorifying child exploitation.
2.2 Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Any attempt to contact minors for inappropriate or exploitative interactions.
2.3 Child Trafficking & Solicitation: Any attempt to recruit, exploit, or harm minors.
2.4 Unauthorized Collection of Minors’ Data: Collection, storage, or processing of minors' personal information.
2.5 Harmful Content Involving Minors: Any content that may pose psychological or physical harm to children.
3 Compliance Measures
Since TEN is designed exclusively for adults, we implement the following safeguards to uphold our Child Safety Standards Policy to the best of our ability:
3.1 Age Verification: Implement age-gating mechanisms such as Google and Apple login, as well as mandatory adult confirmation checkbox and self-reported age entry to prevent minors from accessing the app.
3.2 Content Moderation: AI-driven and human moderation to detect, review, and remove CSAE content.
3.3 User Reporting & Escalation: A reporting system allowing users to flag CSAE content violations, with a dedicated review and response team that investigates within 72 hours.
3.4 Law Enforcement Cooperation: Immediate reporting of detected CSAE content to the relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.
3.5 Data Privacy Protection: Do best in our ability to ensure that no data belonging to minors is collected, stored, or processed.
3.6 Regular Policy Updates: This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure continued compliance with Google Play’s evolving Child Safety Standards and evolving regulations.
4 Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of this policy will result in the following actions:
4.1 Content Removal: Immediate removal of prohibited materials.
4.2 Account Termination: Permanent banning of users engaged in CSAE violations.
4.3 Legal Reporting & Cooperation: Mandatory reporting of CSAE-related activities to law enforcement agencies.
4.4 Corrective Actions: If any violation of our Child Safety Standards Policy is identified, we will take prompt corrective measures, including content removal, account suspension, and implementation of additional safeguards where necessary.
5 Policy Review & Updates
5.1 This policy will be reviewed as needed to ensure alignment with Google Play’s evolving Child Safety Standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
